   📌 Department: Preclinical Research
   📌 Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
   📌 Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers welcome!)
   📌 Key Skills:
   ✔ Hands-on experience in lab techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy)
   ✔ Data analysis and scientific documentation
   ✔ Strong attention to detail and teamwork
   📌 Salary: Competitive, ₹2-4 LPA (based on experience)
   📌 Location: Kudsad, Surat, Gujarat

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
   📌 Department: R&D
   📌 Qualification: M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biochemistry) / M.Tech (Biotechnology) with NET/GATE qualification
