1. PHARMACEUTICAL ORGANIC CHEMISTRY –II (BP301T) & (BP305P):-

Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry-II is a course offered in the third semester of the Bachelor of Pharmacy program. This course provides an in-depth understanding of the principles and applications of organic chemistry in the pharmaceutical industry. It covers topics such as structure and reactivity, stereochemistry, synthesis, and spectroscopy. 2. PHYSICAL PHARMACEUTICS-I (BP302T) & (BP306P):-

Physical Pharmaceutics-I is a course offered in the third semester of B.Pharm program. It is an important subject as it deals with the physical properties of drugs and their dosage forms. The course covers topics such as particle size reduction, surface area and its importance, solubility and dissolution rate, crystallization, polymorphism, suspension and emulsion, lyophilization etc. It also covers the principles of drug delivery systems such as transdermal drug delivery systems, ocular drug delivery systems etc. This course provides a strong foundation for understanding the physical properties of drugs and their dosage forms which are essential for designing novel drug delivery systems.

3. PHARMACEUTICAL MICROBIOLOGY (BP303T) & (BP307P):-

4. PHARMACEUTICAL ENGINEERING (BP305T) & (BP308P):-

           Ever thought about studying engineering after entering pharmacy? Pharmaceutical engineering is a subject tilted towards the physics behind working of a machine. We need machines to prepare and pack our desired formulations. We also learn about the unit operations in pharmaceutical industry. Unit operations are individual part of a multipart process.  Examples of unit operation: Mixing, Evaporation, Size reduction, Size separation etc. Aesthetics, stability and activity of final pharmaceutical product depends upon how well its been made. ‘How well’ it’s made is determined by the how well the unit operation is performed by various equipments.
